Tom runs a highly reputable independent business. I recently sold him a used mobility vehicle. He was honest, fair and generous through the entire process. If I knew of somebody who needed to purchase a good used mobility van, I would advise that person to stay away from the big chain retailers and would point them towards Tom.

Tom was an awesome person to engage with. Within 5 mins. we were talking to each other like we have known each other for years. My father had passed away in January of 2026 and he had been driving the van since my mother passed away in May 2023. The van was purchased for her, so they could take trips with my mother being bound to a mobility cart.I was referred to Independence Vans by my Uncle who lives in White Lake, as a dealer who may be interested in purchasing the van. Tom offered me a fair price and I know he will sell the van at a fair price for another family in need.Tom will make you feel like family. Highly recommended; you will enjoy the experience.

When I called about a vehicle that was on the lot I was told Thomas was on vacation. I said it wasn't a big deal and I was going to come and give a down-payment. Tom actually called me while he was on vacation and we made arrangements over the phone. We closed the deal when he returned. I am very impressed with Independence Vans, LLC.

Called and talked with the owner, Tom, and the guy really impressed me in just that short call. The car I wanted was already spoken for, and apparently he'd been inundated with calls pouring in, but he treated me like I was the first person he'd talked to. Incredibly personable and genuine, it was just radiating out of him. I have zero doubt this is a man I could trust. After glancing at some of his other reviews, it sounds like my experience was no fluke.

It was great dealing with Independence vans. Tom was an amazing guy and made the purchase seem less we also talked about more then just the great vehicle he was selling. He made my family feel like his family and can't thank him enough. I would buy from independence vans 100x if I could. Thank you, Tom !
